More than a month later, small leak still not fixed

I requested service through a home warranty provider for a minor leak. After more than a month and half a dozen visits the problem is still not fixed. Each time I call the owner Dan, he just passes off the tech's number instead of ensuring his guys are at the job when they say they will be there. I have waited at my house for a scheduled appointment more than 3 and the tech was a no show and did not call to say he would be late/was not coming to reschedule. I am completely unsatisfied with the lack of customer service and responsibility
